Senior Xie Rachel Kulikoff has recently been named STAR Student for Clarke Central High School for the 2010-2011 school year by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE).  At the Rotary Club luncheon on February 23, Kulikoff was also announced the system-wide STAR Student to compete at the regional level.  Kulikoff, the daughter of Lihong Xie and Allan Kulikoff, is joint-enrolled at the University of Georgia's Honors Program and plans to major in either mathematics or science and participates in numerous extracurricular activities.  For her STAR Teacher, Kulikoff chose AP Biology teacher Buddy Sims.
