Reservations are now available for those wishing to attend Athens Wine Weekend 2012. This event is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 3 through Sunday, Feb. 5 at the Classic Center in downtown Athens.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Classic Center Cultural Foundation and this year a V.I.P. reception is planned for Friday evening at the Rialto Club at Hotel Indigo.

This event will feature a wide variety of wine tastings, gourmet food and seminars by wine experts. On Saturday there will be a silent auction with items ranging from locally designed art to exotic vacations and to end the evening a gourmet dinner. Sunday's activities include a special brunch.
