Supportive Services for Veteran Families Event
SERVICES FOR HOMELESS VETERANS
Action Ministries Inc. may be able to offer some financial assistance and case management if you meet all three of
the following requirements and provide documentation:
- You are a Veteran who has served in any branch of the U.S. Armed
Forces and you DID NOT receive a dishonorably
discharged. Must have a copy of your DD214, Statement of Service, or Veteran ID
Card. - You have low income (household income must not exceed 50% of area
median income in your county.) Must have recent proof of income or 3rd party letter
indicating the amount of month household income. - Homeless (with no permanent residence, staying in a shelter, hotel
paid for with a voucher, tent, or other place outdoors). Must have a letter from the shelter, receipt of hotel
stay, or a statement from a 3rd party to verify housing situation.
