An Athens woman's car had deragatory names scratched into it while she was visiting people and running errands near Nellie B. Avenue Thursday, according to an Athens-Clarke County Police report.
The woman told police that while she was running errands, some unknown suspects scratched "bi---" into the driver's rear door and "hoe" was scratched into the hood. The officer noted that every painted surface on the car had scratches on it.
The investigation is ongoing.
