You could consider Doma, an interiors consignment shop, as the comfy companion of Suska, a high-end women's clothing shop in Five Points. Both reflect the eclectic taste of owner Susanna Drennen.
Doma, Czech for home, features couches, chairs, tables, beds and secretaries. There are dressers and display cases, rugs and handmade pillows, original paintings and interesting prints, lamps and boxes. Some things are antiques, others are modern.
"There's going to a wide array of price points," said Drennen.
You'll find a selection of framed works by Impressed Botanicals, which uses local, hand-pressed plant materials, such as leaves, in every creation. Prices range from $25 to $65. There is an array of beautiful, one-of-a-kind throw pillows made by local company Stitch9. They may cost between $54 to $64.00.
Drennon expects to include silver and china, "as long as the pieces are functional and of a set. I'm not interested in someone's funky collection of cups and saucers."
