Ford--Is That the Make of Your Car?
A federal Investigation is under way into engine issues in some models.
Do you drive a Ford Escape or Fusion? A Mercury Mariner or Mercury Milan?
These vehicles are the subject of a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation into problems with stalling or surging engines, according to a report by The Huffington Post. The NHTSA and Ford have received almost 1,500 complaints about the problem and there have been three crashes and one injury, the report says.
The investigation could lead to a recall. Affected vehicles include 2009 through 2011 models.
