A creative, integrative approach that centers on the therapeutic application of Yoga, meditation and the breath to balance the body, heart, mind & spirit.
Postures and breathing techniques to relax the body and mind, reduce stress and relieve tired, achy muscles. Build a resilient, centered and aligned body and mind with a gentle, yet strength building Yoga practice.
Samaritan Yoga Classes support wellness and offer therapeutic options for depression, anxiety, stress, and limited movement. Individual needs and injuries are considered and addressed.
Presented by Samaritan Counseling Center and taught by certified Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga and Yamuna instructor, Michelle Arington.
*Open to all fitness levels, regardless of Yoga experience.
