This complex is located in Athens, north of the UGA Campus and the Athens Perimeter off of Creek Stone Drive. The duplexes offer 2 different two-bedroom floor plans that range from 972 - 988 square feet. Amenities include dishwashers, lawn maintenance, central heat and air, monthly pest control, and more.
