Ever Been to a Work Session of the Mayor and Commission?

The monthly voting meetings of the ACC Mayor and Commission are televised and streamed. So are the agenda setting meetings.

But not the work sessions. Which is where many of the issues get presented, dissected, debated, explained and discussed. You learn what goes on during the work sessions only by reading accounts in local media. Or by going yourself. 

Tuesday afternoon's work session will be held at 5:30 in the Dougherty Street Building. Items to be discussed include the rails-to-trails project; the animal shelter expansion; the Solid Waste Department's goals review; and a report from the Housing and Community Development Department.

Wouldn't you like to see the work sessions on cable? or streaming? I know I would.
