The Silent Night That Isn't Silent

Here's a good way to spend an hour or two Friday night.

It's time again for the “Not So Silent Night” auction tonight, from 7 to 9, at ATHICA in the Chase Park Warehouses. This high-energy fund-raiser helps Clarke Central's award-winning high school student publications, the Odyssey and the Illiad. Both have won awards for years, in large part because of the involvement of their fabulous advisor, David Ragsdale. TIcket are $10 at the door or in advance. You have a chance to obtain gift cards from Mama's Boy, The National and The Globe, R.E.M. Merch, ATHfest goodies, a consultation with Recipe for Press chief of operations Amy Flurry, high-end ceramics and original art, jewelry and much, much more. See friends, enjoy delicious food and drink, hear local music and bid on some amazing items! This CCHS program provides incredible experience for the students, and you can help sustain the high school's publications.
