AIDS Athens Bringing Memorial Quilt Panels from Feb. 18th to 20th in Athens, Ga.

The organization is asking the community to request specific panels.

Β

For the first time in ten years, the AIDS Memorial Quilt is coming to Athens. Not the entire giant quilt, but 80 blocks--enough to cover the new grand hall in the Classic Center.

The blocks will represent 600 people. And will be the largest art display to come to Athens, according to AIDS Athens director Olivia Long.
