Athens Regional Welcomes First New Baby of 2014
Newborn Rylan Michael Smith joins his mother, daddy and three siblings.
Rylan Michael Smith may be the last of his siblings, but he's the first baby to be born at Athens Regional Medical Center this year.
He came into the world at 7:17 Wednesday morning, tipping in at 7 pounds, three ounces, all 19 and a half inches of him.
His mother and daddy, Melissa and Ryan Smith, have three other children at home in Maysville. Matthew is seven years old, Makayla is five and Raveah is 17 months old.
