It's Spring in Athens! Here're some things to do.

The Alabama Shakes are coming to the this Thursday.  Doors open at 8pm, the shows at 10pm, the tickets are $15. If you have a friend willing to gift you a ticket, maybe you can get into the show, which is sold out. Good luck.

Since it’s Tuesday, it’s Storytime at the . Infants, toddlers and their caretakers should plan to come hear stories and songs. There may be puppets! Dancing! Sitting on the floor! At 9:30 and 10:30am.

There’s a forum on Wednesday, from 5:30 to 7pm at the H.T. Edwards Building to discuss how Georgia immigration policies are affecting teachers, undocumented students and their families. What legal issues are important?

At 3:30pm today, Judge Joan E. Donoghue will speak on "The Role of the World Court Today." Donoghue has been a member of the World Court since September 2010. Donoghue will address the continuing role of the World Court in light of the evolution of international law and the creation of other courts and tribunals. The lecture is in Hirsch Hall.

The ACC Mayor and Commission hold their April meeting tonight at 7pm. One of the items on the agenda is . Come, participate in local government.
