Enjoy your hot and sunny Tuesday on the patio at The Melting Point, The Farmers Market at Little Kings, or in Meditation at Sangha Yoga Studio.
1. Children age 2-5 years can visit today at 4pm for “Exploring Craft”, a class taught by Hope Hilton that includes age appropriate stories and craft time.
2. The will be at today from 4pm-7pm, with music provided by Dave Howard. Following the market, Little Kings will transform into Punk Rock Central, with performances by Cold Ones, Kater Mass, Punk DJ Night, and Reverse the Curse.
3. The Terrapin Bluegrass Series at presents bluegrass on the patio every Tuesday night. Terrapin draft beer is only $2 a pint! Tonight, enjoy music by the North Georgia Bluegrass Band.
4. Athens-Clarke County officials will hold a Reapportionment Forum in the Mell Auditorium of tonight at 6pm. The purpose of the forum is to give Athens residents an opportunity to view maps of the proposed new Athens-Clarke County Commission districts, and it will consist of a brief presentation followed by questions and answers. Tonight’s forum will be the second of three, with the final one held tomorrow, August 31 at .
