Athens Today - July 12

A hot summer Tuesday in Athens.

1. Mayor Nancy Denson and the Athens-Clarke County Commissioners are holding a at 5:30pm today at the Dougherty Street Governmental Building. Pam Reidy, Director of Leisure Services, will present the Greenway Network Plan for the Middle Oconee River Zone and the Sandy Creek Pedestrian Bridge Project Concept.

2. The will be at Little Kings this evening from 4pm-7pm.

3. After the Farmers Market, you can head over to to hear The Farewell Drifters play at 7pm. The cover is only $5, and Terrapin pints are $2 all night long.
