Cindy is the AAHS Adoptable Cat of the Week!

While the chances of finding an orange tabby female are around 20%, the chance of falling head over heals in love with Cindy is 100%!

While the chances of finding an orange tabby female are around 20%, the chance of falling head over heals in love with Cindy is 100%! This petite rarity is a true gem of a cat. She’s affectionate and well-mannered, but she also has no problem letting you know exactly what she wants. And what Cindy wants right now is a low stress environment and people who will dote on her. She has lived with other cats but prefers any potential co-kitty-habitators to be docile and unobtrusive.

Cindy's Feline-ality is Leader of the Band: I'm a cat who does everything in a big way. I not only like to be in the middle of things - I like to lead the parade. I'm an adventurous cat, but I'll still make plenty of time to show you my affectionate side. I'm the demonstrative type, you might say. Want a cat who's brimming with confidence? That's me.

For more information about Cindy, please call 706-705-2247 or email adopt@athenshumanesociety.org. Cindy is at our Shelter in Watkinsville (1781 Mars Hill Rd.), which is open this week from 11am to 4pm for our Cinco de Meow promotion. If you would like to meet her outside of these hours, please call to schedule a meet and greet appointment with her.
