Description: The job post on the Georgia Department of Labor's online jobs board reads, "This is an entry level welding hourly position starting at $14.79/hour. Under general supervision, directly supports the fabrication and machining of structures. Position will utilize tooling, fixtures, handling systems, safety, quality checks, inspection, ergonomics and other duties as assigned. Typically reports to a supervisor. Operates robotic and manual MIG weld machines."

Qualifications: Must be able to pass the following — AWS D1.1 welder qualifications during Cat provided weld training, T-fillet break test in the 2F (horizontal fillet) position, Limited thickness groove test in the 1G (flat groove) position
