Student affairs specialist III — This position supports student leadership development and service through a series of programs and student organizations that assist students in developing the skills, knowledge, and values necessary to become effective leaders and citizens. 

Financial aid advisor II — Counsels students and parents regarding federal, state, and institutional aid, and assists with the application process. Awards, cancels and revises federal aid and alternative loans.

Building services worker I — Sweeps, dusts, washes, mops, strips, and waxes floors. Cleans windows, walls, furniture, and other equipment in and around the university buildings and grounds. Collects and moves bulk quantities of trash and debris. Moves large trash containers in and out of university buildings. Secures and unlocks university buildings. 

Accountant — Works closely with the financial director and senior accountant on financial matters for the Graduate School Business Office.

Application programmer specialist — Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating administrative web applications. This position will design and test web programs according to UGA programming and security standards in cooperation with other developers, clients, and UGA IT management.
