Community Update

I accidentally sent a mail 'media mail'. I have mailed over 400 packages through Vijay Chevron in the past year and only this one was erroneously labeled...it's been very busy around my house. Instead of mailing it, he kept it at the post office and refused to let me pay the remainder or send it with a different/correct shipping method. I am currently waiting on a supervisor from the main USPS to get back with me. He was supposed to mail it, receiver could pay the difference or send it back, if returned I would have gotten it. He did NOT follow postal rules and is REFUSING to let me have my package back after what was CLEARLY an accident on my part!!!
