  • Pastry cook — Prepare and present a variety of pastries, hot and cold food items, such as meats, fowl, fish, sauces, stocks, seasonings, pastries and other dishes in accordance with established standards for quality, taste and presentation. Applicants should have a minimum two years of culinary experience in fine dining, preferably in a high volume culinary operation. Garde Marge experience preferred. 
  • Cook I — Prepare and present a variety of hot and cold food items, such as meats, fowl, fish, sauces, stocks, seasonings and other dishes. Applicants should have a minimum of three to five years of culinary experience in fine dining, preferably in a high volume culinary operation. Garde Marge experience preferred. 
  • Breakfast cook, lunch cook and spa cook — Prepare, cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items such as meats, fowl, seasonings, and other dishes. 
  • Sous chef — Oversees the food and beverage operations for the winery, which includes Cafe Elan, Paddy's, Le Clos and all banqueted functions that take place in the winery. Supervises positions of cook I, cook II and cook III.
