Job description: Responsible for ensuring excellence in all aspects of a multi-faceted food and beverage operation. This includes all member and guest dining, social functions and activities, banquets, including weddings, corporate events and golf outings. Scheduling and supervision with an emphasis on banquets and special events.
Qualifications: Must have experience in F&B cost accountability, payroll, scheduling, managing and leading service staff, service standards, handling member and guests concerns, experience in managing events from start to finish. Desired skills and experience include one to two years of experience of personnel management, preferably in golf/hospitality/service industry. A two-year college degree is preferred, as well as two years of related experience in a member/guest service role within the hospitality industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in resolving member/guest issues/concerns as well as overall excellent member/guest service is required. Applicants should be proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, have solid time management, organization and prioritization skills, a proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment and the ability to make decisions in fast paced environment.
