Opening for Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Strong organization skills are a must and applicants must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.

 

An established, family-owned and run fire protection sales and service company in Dacula, , is seeking a full- or part-time administrative assistant and office manager to help run a small office. 

Applicants must be professional, dependable, trustworthy and able to work well on their own, work well customers on the phone, solve problems, organize and maintain office.

Some duties and responsibilities include answering phones and presenting the services and products, taking orders and assigning orders to field service technicians, scheduling appointments and managing calendars, performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and typing. 

Strong organization skills are a must and applicants must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks and must have office experience of at least three years. Web page/marketing and construction experience and work experience with service companies is a plus.

Pay and benefits: $12 to $18 per hour or salary, as well as paid vacation, paid holidays, a flexible work schedule, and possible partial health insurance
