Cooking Class

This is a FANTASTIC event held at the Healthy Gourmet. Executive Chef Tim Dondero will be teaching while Dave pairs fantastic wines with each dish. The pairings only help elevate the dishes to new levels and is a fun relaxing event. Call the Healthy Gourmet to sign up:

Next Class set for February 27, 2014. In recognition of the Sochi Olympics we have been asked to develop a Russian menu (good luck with the wine pairing). Currently planned:

Russian Potato Salad

Beef Stroganoff

"Wild" Mushroom Plov (Sochi dish)
