Give Us Your 2 Cents!
Russell Forum for Civic Life presents 2 Cents Concern Gathering Forum
How should we build a strong vibrant community? What are the challenges to achieving this goal? Join
the Athens Federations of Neighborhoods at its February 4th meeting at 7:30 pm at the 489 Prince Ave. (the Old Fire Hall Number 2/Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation) for a concern-gathering forum hosted by the Russell Forum, the civic engagement program of UGA’s Russell Library. Trained, nonpartisan moderators from the Russell Library will facilitate the forum. The ideas gathered during this program, along with others
happening around the country, will inform the development of a new National Issues Forums discussion
guide that offers commonsense approaches to transcending partisanship, breaking gridlock, and
finding common ground at the community level. All are welcome; this program is free.
