Cooking in the Garden: Gnocchi Times Two—Potato and Parisian Gnocchi

Join Chef Dean Neff as he demonstrates a five star menu.  The evening’s delights include potato gnocchi dumplings with smoked ham hock served with seared mustard greens and roasted Anaheim peppers topped with parmesan and sherry brown butter.  He will also provide instruction on Parisian style gnocchi.  Are your tastes buds watering?  Neff graduated from the Atlanta based School of Culinary Arts in 2000 and is currently a Sous Chef at Five and Ten in Athens and a student of the Terry College of Business at UGA.
