Living Longer and Stronger with Yoga, led by Mike Healy, Ed.D


This class, for healthy older adults, begins with gentle warm ups and postures, and includes the traditional sun salutation toward the end of the practice. As in all of our classes, it concludes with deep relaxation.


 Balance, relaxation, strength and flexibility are benefits - as is inner balance in the face of stress.
