Athens First UMC is excited to hold our first annual children's consignment sale this spring. Whether you are selling clothes, buying clothes, volunteering, or have friends who would like to participate, please help us get the word out about this great event that benefits missions in Uganda and Athens, Georgia.
As you consign your family's gently used clothes and toys, know that all proceeds from the sale will be donated to help "Meet the Need" of miss...ions in Uganda. You will also have the option to donate any unsold items to help "Meet the Need" of local charities in Athens.
As a seller, you will hang and price your own goods using whole dollar increments. Participating as a seller, not only will you recycle your goods but you will also make money (60% of your sales to you, and 40% of your sales to "Meet the Need"). Even if you don't sell, you can volunteer! Volunteers receive entrance to the Preview Sale on Thursday night.
