Samaritan Yoga ~ Cultivate a Peaceful Heart & Quiet Mind
Samaritan Center for Counseling and Wellness is delighted to announce that we have a new Yoga space!! We will be offering on-going Yoga and Mindfulness classes as well as special workshops and events.
For the month of December, we are offering a series of Yoga classes that will specifically address stress, anxiety, and depression. Join us for "Yoga for Stress Relief" and "Yoga & Mindfulness to Meet the Mood!"

December Class Schedule:
Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 am ~ Yoga & Mindfulness to Meet the Mood
Monday 12:05 - 12:50 pm ~ Lunchtime Yoga
Monday 5:30 - 6:30 pm ~ Yoga for Stress-Relief
Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 am ~ Yoga & Mindfulness to Meet the Mood
Cost:
45 minute class ($30 for 3)
60 minute class ($36 for 3)

Samaritan Yoga classes will be offered in the old Red Lotus Building at 2080 Prince Ave thanks to the new owner, Tony Galis. The new name of the Red Lotus has yet to be revealed! Stay tuned!!
