Join Michelle Arington for a Heart Balancing, Mindfulness Yoga practice ~
An open heart can keep you inspired and guide you through life with joy, compassion and sensitivity. A heart that is too open pours out too much energy in a desire to help others, leaving one feeling drained, depressed and stressed out. A heart that is closed leads to fear of rejection, anger, resentment and feeling “unworthy” of love.
The secret is Balance
The heart needs the flexibility, awareness and resilience to open and close as necessary. The heart is constantly changing, giving us confidence to fulfill our hopes and dreams, let go of the past and embrace the present moment.
Self-awareness, Self-acceptance, Transformation....Peace.....
