Join Michelle Arington, certified therapeutic Yoga teacher, Yamuna® Body Rolling practitioner and Health Coach from Samaritan Center for Counseling and Wellness for an hour of gentle Yoga and mindfulness techniques to help you release tension and stress, increase energy and stamina and relieve physical discomfort.
Learn and experience how Yoga can help improve mental clarity and concentration, lift your mood, help you manage unpleasant emotions and create inner peace.
Techniques for integrating a quick and easy mindfulness yoga practice into your daily life no matter where you are will be explored.
This class is suitable for anyone, regardless of experience or level of physical fitness.
