Holiday Bash & Community Donation Drive

Rachel Watkins, Neighbor

Friends of Rachel Watkins invite you and your family to join friends and neighbors for a Holiday Bash & Community Donation Drive with special guests Patterson Hood, Don Chambers, Alan Flurry, and Dave Marr. Join us at the newest Prince Avenue business, The Hi-Lo Lounge, on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

Bring holiday donations for Athens area charities AND share your thoughts with Rachel on the issues and challenges facing the new District 3. Meet members of the Steering Committee for the Friends of Rachel Watkins. Kids’ activities include making holiday cards for clients at the Council on Aging and a “Bring 5, Take 5” cookie exchange!

Immediate Community Needs:
* Our Daily Bread — all toiletry items (soap, toothpaste, brushes). Washcloths and bath towels are especially needed. 
* Athens Area Emergency Food Bank — canned and boxed food
