Introduction to Social Media and Online Reputation Management for Artists

Free seminar hosted by the Athens Writers Association and Little Bird Social Media for anyone who is interested on managing an online web presence and building an online reputation - critical skills for any artist. We'll spend a little time covering the basics: what sites to use, how to sign up and make accounts, and how to create content. However, the bulk of the seminar will ideally be about the more important stuff: strategy, targeted content, building an audience, and brand management. In the age of social media, most artists have no choice but to engage, but it can be overwhelming for those who aren't digital natives. There will be lots of time for questions and several handouts with step-by-step instructions for those that need them.
