RABBIT BOX at Sandy Creek Park: "HAUNTED"

Rabbit Box 17 will be held on October 9th starting at 7 PM, at Sandy Creek Park (NOT Sandy Creek Nature Center).

Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services is proud to be hosting Rabbit

Box’s October storytelling event under the stars at Sandy Creek Park.

The theme is "Haunted."

Stories will be told around a bonfire

at the outdoor amphitheater at the Park. The amphitheater seats about 80

people, so to be on the safe side, attendees may want to bring camping

chairs or blankets to sit on. You may also want to bring

a flashlight. In case of rain, the storytelling will move to the

covered Community Building. The cost to enter Sandy Creek Park is $2 per

person between the ages of 4 to 64. Look for signs guiding you to the

amphitheater. No alcohol is allowed in the park.

Rabbit Box is for adults.


The October line-up includes Sarah Bradley, Eddie Glikin, Lorraine

Thompson, Kyrie Amos, Neal Priest, Katee Creevy, Hunt Brumby and Annie

Prenni.
