Prinicpal Robinson is happy to help many of the parents still looking to give their elementary grade child an academic and social “fresh start” in the state’s public school system for the 2013-2014 school year until September 30.

“Many Georgia parents are still trying to find the school they want,” said Principal Robinson. “They want a change from the traditional learning environment at their neighborhood school, a more flexible schedule and an excellent, certified teaching staff. Georgia Connections Academy fits that bill.”

A recent survey of Georgia parents sending children to Georgia Connections Academy found 87 percent believed their children were making good academic progress at the school and 96 percent called the curriculum “high quality”.

“The flexibility and quality of Georgia Connections Academy’s courses has been refreshing and was extremely well needed,” says Sonia Lucas, who enrolled her daughter Chanel Lucas into the school to pursue a gymnastics career while still receiving a quality public education.

At a virtual public charter school, like Georgia Connections Academy, all learning takes place at home, with a parent serving as a “Learning Coach” on site.
