Community Update

Our website was not able to capture data input by clients. We sought a company to repair the site to include this function. Jhouse Media made such a proposal
We accepted this proposal, and a large pre-payment was made.
Later, the Jhouse manger contacted a non-tech staff person and told her of a change in his work. This change ended the “data capture” part of the project. This function that was our only goal. The staff person did not understand this. as it was expressed in computer language terms, which she did not even slightly understand.
When this fraudulent act was discovered; the relationship Jhouse was immediately terminated.
After this termination, Jhouse then contacted the same young women and coerced her into making additional payments, even though the project had been canceled no work-product had been delivered.
I learned of this, and when further payment demands were made by Jhouse; I offered to make payments for documentation of work done, or work product if Jhouse would provide the same. Jhouse made no response to these requests.
Sorry. Simply lacking integrity
