Community Update

Horrible experience! Got highlights and cut. The highlights were blotchy, uneven and in some places where over an inch from the root, i left looking like I needed my roots done and I had basically what looked like polka dots at my temples. My husband joked that I looked like I had leopard print hair!! The cut was also horrible, when I got home and started looking at it, there where sections that were an inch longer than others where the stylist simply just did not cut. It was horrible. All of this and I was there for almost 4 hours while the stylist was juggling clients back and forth. When I went back to complain there was a girl there having here hair redone for the 3rd time! I asked for a manger and there wasn't one, but the girl did take pictures to forward to her district leader.

After a week of phone tag and e-mails, when I finally spoke to the district leader, she was rude and defensive and told me there was nothing she could do because I had already went and had my hair fixed! Did she expect for me to walk around like that for over a week until she got around to me? When I asked for her to have the regional manager call me, she got irate and yelled, "You won't get any higher than me" and hung up on me. She did not meet me at the salon like she had said she would, and I have heard nothing more from them. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, so we will see what happens.

End lesson: maybe for a quick guys cut this might be an okay place, but for more complicated services: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to spend your money!!
