Athens-Clarke PD: Burglaries, Criminal Damage Reported

BURGLARY 
A Dans Way resident said her home was burglarized between 6:45 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. May 22. A laptop valued at $600 was stolen. Other property owned by her roommates was possibly stolen but she was unable to contact them to confirm.

Officers responded to an alarm at Lowe Electrical Supply, 670 Hancock Industrial Way, around 11 p.m. May 22. Upon arrival, officers found a broken window. A company representative responded to check the building. During a walk through, nothing was noted missing at this time.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE 
A man reported the windows of his vehicle broken out between 10 p.m. May 21 and 7 a.m. May 22 while it was parked at his Hollow Ridge Drive residence. A suspect was named.
