Body of Missing Monroe Man Found

Charles Stephen Parker was missing for a month.

For the past month, his family in Monroe never lost hope.

On Monday, authorities found the body of the 25-year-old assistant manager in Oglethorpe County, according to a story in the Athens Banner-Herald.
