Christopher T. Seagraves, 25, Clacktown Rd, Winder, was arrested around 10:30 p.m. on September 7, after he attempted to pass a forged prescription at 110 Hawthorne Ave. He was charged with First Degree Forgery.
Someone tried to break into a West Broad Street residence between 12;30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on September 7. A possible suspect was named.
A Ramble Hills Circle residence was burglarized between 8 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. on September 7. A TV, video game system, and jewelry were stolen. The total value was $1,250.

An air conditioner unit valued at $1,500 was stolen from a vacant Chesterton Dr residence owned by CWIS LLC of Muncie, IN. The theft occurred between 8 a.m. on August 21 and 6 p.m. on September 6.
Between 8 a.m. on August 20 and 2:30 p.m. on September 7 air conditioner units valued at $6,000 were stolen from a Tallassee Road location owned by Ivey and Company, 1867 W Broad St.

Air conditioner units valued at $9,000 were stolen from , 800 Hwy 29 N, between 12 noon on August 24 and 4:15 p.m. on September 7.
