Veronica Paz of Oconee Strett, driving a 1996 Toyota 4-Runner, was on the exit ramp from the 10 Loop to Timothy Rd. She was unable to negotiate the curve and lost control of the vehicle. It left the roadway and overturned. Paz was transported to Athens Regional Medical Center. She was also cited for Too Fast for Conditions. This accident occurred around 10:40 a.m. on October 20.

A Crescendo Drie residence was burglarized between 8 p.m. on November 19 and 5 p.m. on November 20. Nothing is known to be missing at this time.

While an officer investigated the aforementioned burglary, another officer checked the area and located another burglary at a vacant Crescendo Dr residence owned by Woodsong Development, 1425 Barnett Shoals Rd. Nothing appeared to be missing.

An Aubrey Drive residence was burglarized between 5:30 pm and 7:30 p.m. on November 20. Some items were moved around but nothing appears to have been stolen

Between 2 p.m. and 9:40 p.m. on November 20 an East Carver Drive residence was burglarized. Cash, candy, and cigarettes valued at $60 were stolen.

A Towne View Place residence was burglarized between 3:30 p.m. on November 20 and 1:10 a.m. on  November 21. A TV, video game system, and interactive video component were stolen. The total value was $2,540.

A man reported that his vehicle was entered between 8 p.m. on November 19 and 9 a.m. on November 20 while it was parked at his Moose Club Dr residence. A set of golf clubs and a wallet were stolen. The total value was $1,502.
