Aldricus Flemming, Burkland Dr, was arrested on June 36 for Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction and several motor vehicle charges. An officer pulled over Flemming when he realized Flemming was driving a vehicle that didn’t have the correct license plate.
