Around 3:50 p.m. on October 1 officers responded to a burglary that had just occurred at an Acadia Drive residence. A witness gave descriptions of the two suspects and advised they ran up Chesterton Dr. As the officer drove up Chesterton another witness advised they ran behind a residence. The officer made contact with them and placed them in custody. Investigation revealed the juveniles had burglarized a home. Video game controllers, a TV cord, video game consoles, and laptops with a total value of $3,065 were stolen. All items were recovered nearby. The juveniles, ages 14 and 15, were charged with Burglary and released to their parents.
Between 7 p.m. on September 28 and 3:45 p.m. on October 1, a Danielsville Rd storage unit was burglarized. A printer, baby items, shoes, calculator, jewelry, and a hair dryer were stolen. The total value was $974.
A Timothy Road residence was burglarized between 5:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on October 1. A lap op valued at $1,000 was stolen.

A Whit Davis Road resident reported that someone entered her vehicle and stole a purse valued at $60.
A Statesboro resident reported that her vehicle entered. A lap op valued at $1,000 was stolen. These occurred between 9 p.m. on September 30 and 10:30 a.m. on October 1 on South Poplar Street.

Between midnight and 10 a.m. on October 1 a vehicle owned by an Albany resident was entered while parked at a Pulaski Street location. A book bag, laptop, calculator, books, duffel bag, and clothes were stolen. The total value was $2,139.
A vehicle owned by an Oglethorpe Avenue resident was entered between 12:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on October 1 while parked on Little Street. Purses, wallet, and a laptop were stolen. The total value was $1,453.

A Championship Drive resident reported an air conditioner unit valued at $4,000 was stolen from a vacant Fairway Dr residence between 6:30 a.m. on September 30 and 1 p.m. on October 1. A power meter box valued at $200 was also stolen but was recovered in a nearby trash can.
