Crime Blotter--Houses Stripped and Other Crimes

Two vacant residences managed by Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, 2045 West Broad Street, were burglarized between 8pm on January 25 and 3pm on January 27. One residence had a dishwasher and copper tubing stolen. Copper tubing was also stolen from a central air conditioner unit, a hot water heater, and an outside air conditioner unit. The other residence also had copper tubing stolen from the air conditioner unit.
Between 3:30am and 8:40am on January 27 a Bridgewater Circle residence was burglarized. Cash and vehicle keys were stolen. A vehicle was also entered but nothing is known missing. The total value was $375. A possible suspect was named.

A man reported that his Barnett Shoals Road residence was burglarized between 8:45am and 2pm on January 27. A laptop, net book, game console, camera, back pack, and cash were stolen. The total value was $1,275.
Between 5pm and 7:30pm on January 27 a Hanover Place residence was burglarized. A TV and camera with a total value of $400 were stolen. The resident also reported his home burglarized between 9:30am and 10am on January 26. A video console and video game were stolen. These were valued at $450. A possible suspect was named.

A woman reported that her 2005 Kia Sedona was stolen from her Hull Road residence between 11am and 12:30pm on January 27. The vehicle is white, with Georgia tag 11105890, and is valued at $8,000.

Between 8am on January 3 and 1:30pm on January 27 a Chevrolet motor was stolen from a Mellwood Drive property owned by a Watkinsville man. The motor is a 283 cid with a marine drive on it and is valued at $1,000.
