Members of the Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 335 Martin Cir on August 25. A quantity of marijuana, shotguns, and assorted paraphernalia were seized. Levi Cortez Weems, 20, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

A Bogart woman told police she was at a Rolling Ridge Drive residence around 1500 August 25 when she was robbed at gun point by a black male, no further description given. A laptop, cell phones, and a book bag were stolen. The total value was $1,840.  

Someone tried to enter a Virginia Avenue home between midnight August 20 and 6 a.m. onAugust 22. This was reported August 25.

An Old Hull Road residence was burglarized between 11 a.m. on August 24 and 3 p.m. on August 25. The resident’s purse and car keys were taken. She found her purse in her vehicle; however, her ID and $360 were missing from the purse. She also determined the vehicle, a 1999 Honda Accord, had been stolen and then returned to the parking lot. An AM/FM/CD player and speakers valued at $200 were stolen from the vehicle.

Between 1 p.m. on August 22 and 10 a.m. on August 25 a refrigerator and copper from an inside air conditioner unit were stolen from a vacant Kim Chase Roadd residence. An outside air conditioner unit was also stolen. The total value was $5,250. The property is owned by Park Property,1238 Prince Ave.

An Acadia Drive residence was burglarized between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.  on August 25. A laptop and DJ turn table were stolen. The total value was $2,200.

An air conditioner unit valued at $1,500 was stolen from a Nicole Circle residence owned by CARRIAGE HOUSE REALTY, 2350 Prince Ave. The theft occurred between 3 p.m. on August 24 and 10 a.m. on August 25.
