On May 5, between 1:40am and 7am, an adult female, reported from Athens Regional Medical Center that she was raped at a location in the southwest section of Athens-Clarke County.

Between May 4 at 8pm and May 5 at 7:20am, a woman reported that her residence on Sayemore Drive was burglarized. A computer system with speakers and printer was taken.

Between May 4 at 4:30pm and May 5 at 10:20am, a resident reported that his residence on Rustwood Drive was burglarized. A 42” flat-screen TV, XBox 360 game console, PlayStation 3 game console, controllers and video game, CD player, a toy pellet gun, and a bottle of vodka were taken.

On May 5 at 10:36am, a woman was riding her Yamaha moped east on Oak Street near Peter Street in the right lane of traffic. She changed into the left lane of traffic and collided into the rear of a Nissan Altima driven by another woman, who was stopped to make a left turn onto Peter Street. The moped driver was transported by EMS to Athens Regional Medical Center.
