The information in this story comes from the ACCPD. An arrest doesn't mean a conviction.

A 26-year-old man from Nicholson had gone to Building #7 at Oak Hill Apartments in response to a Craig’s List ad for a Play Station game system and accessories. As he was looking for the apartment listed in the ad, he was approached by a subject who pulled a dark-colored revolver from a black, drawstring bag and pointed it at him. The man was robbed of approximately $400 cash, then told to get in his car and leave. The suspect was described as a black man, 6’0” tall, bald with no facial hair, wearing a white t-shirt and dark pants.

A 25-year old woman answered the door at her east side residence and was met by a 38-year old male who is known to her. The male entered her residence and began to try and get the female to have sex with him. When she refused, he grabbed her and pushed her down onto a couch. A struggle ensued, and the male was able to partially remove the female’s clothing. After the female continued to struggle and fight with her attacker, the male abandoned his attack and left the residence. The female was not seriously injured during the attack.
