Crime Blotter--drug violation and burglaries

Members of the Drug Task Force saw what appeared to be a drug transaction on Spring Valley Road. The ACCPD K-9 was called in to conduct an investigative stop on a vehicle. A quantity of marijuana and crack cocaine as well as digital scales was seized. Patrick Patterson, 38, Berkeley Rd, Carlton, was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
Between 8pm on February 12 and 7am on February 13 Fastenal, 590 Olympic Dr, was burglarized. Sixty dollars was stolen.

A woman reported a riding lawn mower valued at $3,800 stolen from her Whitehead Road residence between 12pm on January 13 and 12:30pm on February 13.
