Crime Blotter--more burglaries reported.

On March 30 officers responded to a First Street residence in reference to a burglar alarm. Officers located a rear door that had been forced open and foud that jewelry was missing. A search of the area located several pieces of jewelry and a jewelry box on the ground in the back yard.  

On March 30, officers responded to a Spring Valley Road residence of in reference to a burglary. The victim advised that when she had returned home ,her flat screen TV was missing from her bedroom. There were no signs of forced entry.

On March 30, officers responded to a Rustwood Drive residence in reference to a burglary. The resident returned home at 6:30 pm and discovered her front door had been kicked in. Jewelry and electronics had been taken.

On March 30, officers responded to the a Picadilly Square in reference to an entering auto. The resident discovered that his vehicle had been entered and an in-dash CD player and a handgun had been taken.

Officers responded to an alarm at a River Chase Drive residence around 10:20pm on March 29.  Upon arrival, they learned the alarm was actually at another River Chase Drive residence.  When they arrived, at the correct residence they found a kicked in door.  The residence was cleared and no one was inside.  Contact was made with the resident, who said that a TV valued at $400 had been stolen.

 A Lavonia resident said he was in the process of moving from an Oak Bluff Dr location.  Between 3pm on March 27 and 5pm on  March 29, the location was burglarized and a TV valued at $600 was stolen.
