Crime Blotter--Stolen Cell Phones and Stolen Motorcycles

A Highland Park Drive residence was burglarized between 9:50am and 1pm on January 22. Jewelry, laptops, a video game system, video games, and shoes were stolen. The total value was $2,185.

Around 6:15pm on January 22 officers responded to a burglary that had just occurred at a Stonehenge Way residence. One resident said that as he arrived home. he saw an interior light on and heard the alarm going off. He walked around back and found an open door and saw a TV with a broken screen in the yard. Investigation revealed that TV had been taken from the residence and another, valued at $400, had been stolen.

Between 7pm and 7:30pm on January 22 a Hickman Drive residence was burglarized. A TV, video game console, and book bag with a total value of $632 were stolen.

 The Airport Minit Market, 1989 Winterville Road, was burglarized around 2am on January 23. Cartons of cigarettes valued at $250 were stolen.

A man reported that rims and tires valued at $2,000 were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at his Reed Street residence. The theft occurred between 9:30pm on January 21 and 6:45am on January 22.  

Between 7:30am and 8:30am on January 22 an air compressor, generator, tool box, drills, saw, battery pack, and assorted hand tools were stolen from the back of a truck. The vehicle was parked at the owner’s Hidden Lake Court residence.  

Various cell phones valued at $3,760 were reported missing from shipments to AT&T on Epps Bridge Parkway between 9am on January 17 and 1pm on January 22. 

A man from Menasha, WI, reported that a trailer containing two dirt bikes was stolen from the parking lot of Candlewood Suites, 156 Classic Rd, between 5:20am and 5:27am on January 22. The trailer is black with a wooden floor and LED lights mounted on it. One motorcycle is a 2010 Gas Gas 300, black and red in color. The other is a Husqvarna WR 250 blue and white in color. The total value is $9,000.
