Driver Blacks Out While His Car Keeps Going in the Walmart Parking Lot
A man blacked out in the Walmart parking lot on Lexington Road in Athens, Ga., according to an ACC Police Department.
A man from Nellie B Avenue was parking his 2003 Ford Explorer in a space at Walmart, 4375 Lexington Road.
He apparently blacked out, but his vehicle continued forward, side-swiping a 1992 Oldsmobile 88 occupied by a man from Weatherly Woods in Winterville. The Explorer then struck a 2000 Buick LeSabre in the right rear that belonged to a woman from Rocky Branch Road.

The SUV also struck a motorized shopping cart, knocking it into a 2000 Honda Accord belonging to a man from Richard Hull. It then jumped a curb/traffic island, striking a 2004 Cadillac DeVille being driven through the parking lot by a woman from Buckeye Branch.
After the crash, the driver of the Explorer was transported by EMS to the hospital for treatment. Another person complained about being injured but wasn’t taken anywhere.
